Après avoir consacré 35 années au service à la clientèle dans le domaine de la restauration, Johanne a par la suite obtenu son diplôme en secrétariat.
Depuis 2013, elle assiste son conjoint, lequel est expert en sinistre.
Johanne décide de relever un nouveau défi et se joint à l’équipe à titre d’adjointe administrative en janvier 2021.
Ayant le souci du travail bien fait, Johanne apporte à contribution sa détermination et son dynamisme au soutien administratif.
